Ron Sparks
CEO & Partner

Ron has been working in the Precast concrete Industry since 1998 and has 29 years’ experience in the industry. Former VP/GM of Hanson Pipe and Precast, Founder of Columbia Precast, and VP/GM of Columbia and Rogue Valley Precast. In addition, Ron has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the National Precast Concrete Association and President of the PNPCA.  Ron is a graduate of Central Washington University.

Jim Kuroski
President

Jim founded National Precast 2010. He has over 25 years in the concrete construction industry. Former project manager for American Marietta Silo Corporation, Regional Sales Consultant at BridgeTek and later CONTECH. His expertise is in the process of design, supply and installation of engineered precast solutions such as culverts, retaining walls and vaults.

Doug Salisbury
VP Sales and Engineering

Doug has been working in the industry since 1993, beginning his career at Granite Precast.  At Granite, he held positions in IT, drafting, sales and Vice President of Sales & Design. After Oldcastle Infrastructure acquired Granite Precast, Doug worked as an Area Commercial Manager where he oversaw Estimating and Engineering for the PNW.  Doug has extensive experience collaborating with Engineers, Owners, and Contractors to facilitate projects and product designs to fit their projects. Doug joined the National Precast team in 2021.

Jason Miles
VP Field Operations

Jason has been working in the industry for more than 25 years in both above ground construction and precast.  Jason has achieved multiple industry Quality related certifications; PCI Level I and II, III, and NPCA Master Precaster.  Jason oversees all installation and construction activities.

Brett Sparks
Product Specialist

Brett has grown up in the industry working at Columbia Precast while in school since 2013.  A graduate of Walsh University, Brett is currently focused on Project Management and as a product specialist which includes marketing, sales, and product development.
